Our vacation home is spacious and beautifully furnished, with 3 bedrooms and a loft, 3 full bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8 people; perfect for families or couples. The home has a full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar, a large comfortable living room, with vaulted high ceilings and large windows, a laundry room, and 3 screened patios with ceiling fans. A pool and spa are just steps away in this private development of 5 single family custom homes. We have our own boat dock at the back of the property that can accomodate boats up to 32 feet in length, plus a full service Marina just 10 minutes walk from the house with rentals available year round. Also just steps away from our front yard is one of the most spectacular white sand beaches we've ever seen. Enjoy miles of gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beach, with warm, calm water; and if you see more than 10 people in either direction, we'd be surprised! Enjoy boating or sailing, canoeing, fishing, wind surfing, sunbathing and swimming. On land, enjoy golf, tennis, bicycling, shopping, fine dining, museums and historic sites, plus more. Longboat Key and the Sarasota area have a lot to offer all year round.
