The home has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar, a large comfortable living room, with vaulted high ceilings and large windows, a laundry room, and 3 screened patios with ceiling fans. A pool and spa are just steps away in this private gated development of 5 single family custom homes. We have our own boat dock at the back of the property that can accomodate boats up to 32 feet in length, plus a full service Marina just 10 minutes walk from the house with rentals available year round.

Less than 5 minutes walk from our front yard is one of the most spectacular white sand beaches we've ever seen. Enjoy miles of gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beach, with warm, calm water; and if you see more than 10 people in either direction, we'd be surprised! On land, you can also enjoy golf, tennis, bicycling, shopping, fine dining, museums and historic sites, plus more. Longboat Key and the Sarasota area have a lot to offer all year round.
